I began working with adoptive families soon after receiving my MSW from Ohio State University in 1995. Lucky for me I found what I love to do! As an adoptive Mom, I understand the struggles and joys that are unique to our families. I know that parents are often mistakenly blamed for what goes wrong or doesn't work.I strive to provide a safe, blame free environment where I can collaborate with parents and child to process past traumas and create a more peaceful family where everyone's needs are met.
